We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable).

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@raicesarttherapy.org within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right as quickly as possible!

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in acceptable condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
